Overcast skies loomed over the lake as unpredicable winds challenged the club members on the second outing of the season. One moment your boat would be hauled over on a close tack, then it would suddenly pop upright and the sail would luft.  The windward mark seemed to always be in a dead zone in the second half of racing.

Again, Bill Wright completed the day with 10 bullets and left the actual competion for second place!  The battle was over 2nd place with Pip Ziman and Cliff Craig, with Pip coming out on top this month by one point. Steve Delva secured 4th place, coming out strong in the first half, but slipping after lunch, with 39 points for the day followed by an improving Michael Solomon with 42. Gary Watson finished  the day with 48 followed by Ron DeBlasi with 52

Wiles Joy, recovering from knee surgery, anticipates joining us next month.
